This is the Aurora Housing Authority’s Contact page designed to help you with communication with The Aurora Housing Authority. Please note that response times vary and we recommend that you visit our FAQs page if you have general inquires before you submit a contact request because your question may be answered there in a shorter time. Below is a contact form for you to reach out to The AHA for your specific needs. The staff directory is below so you can send your messages attention to the staff member you would like to hear your reach with your digital communication. Public Comments at Board Meetings
If you wish to comment at our Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting, please submit an email to info@auroraha.org or contact the Housing Authority by phone, no later than 3 business days prior to the regularly scheduled Board Meeting, to request to be placed on the agenda for the meeting. You will be given a maximum of 3 minutes to speak at the meeting. If your request is related to a complaint please ensure that you have followed all applicable AHA policies and procedures prior to requesting to be placed on the agenda, as any request that has not properly progressed through the AHA complaint process will not be granted. If you have any questions regarding the proper procedure for having concerns addressed, please contact the AHA main office or speak with your property manager.
